1. Overview
Nexus is an event management platform operated by Innosate. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers you provide when signing up.
- Member roster — data organizers upload about their members (name, phone, email, DOB, family relationships, photos).
- Registration data — responses to custom event fields, attendance status, and offer redemptions.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, device type, and error diagnostics.
3. How we use data
- To operate the platform: authentication, event registration, QR check-in, offer redemption, and WhatsApp ticket delivery.
- To provide organizers with dashboards and reporting for their own members and events.
- To secure the service against abuse and troubleshoot issues.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with:
- The organizer whose event or membership you registered for.
- Subprocessors that run our infrastructure (hosting, database, storage, email/WhatsApp delivery).
- Authorities when required by law.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with row-level security policies. Passwords are hashed; API tokens are scoped per organizer.
6. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Registration data is retained by the organizer per their own policy. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting the organizer that holds it, or by writing to us at privacy@innosate.com.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. No advertising cookies are set.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-product.
