Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Nexus you agree to these terms. If you're using Nexus for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or scrape private data.
• Only collect member data you are legally entitled to hold.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (members, events, media). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you.

5. Plans & limits

Plan quotas (events per organizer, registrations per event, storage) are enforced at the database. Exceeding limits may block further writes until you upgrade.

6. Third-party services

Integrations (WhatsApp Cloud API, email providers, payment processors) are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur with notice.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
